One Touch Agents is Nathan Kenney's small business in Michigan. It builds AI agents for trades and small businesses, and it runs a private AI assistant that helps with that work. This page says what information One Touch Agents collects, why, and what it never does.

When you contact One Touch Agents
If you email, One Touch Agents keeps your message, your name, your contact details and what you need, to answer you and do the work.
Phone calls and text messages
- Calls to the One Touch Agents line are answered by an AI assistant or go to voicemail. It says it's an AI and that the call is recorded and transcribed, first thing. The transcript, a short summary and your number are kept with your message so Nathan can call you back. Recordings are kept on Nathan's computer for 30 days, then deleted; the transcript stays with your message.
- Who One Touch Agents calls or texts: only people who called or texted the One Touch Agents line first, about what they asked, or who agreed to calls or texts. One Touch Agents never makes cold AI calls or sends cold texts, and Nathan approves every outgoing text. Calls and texts are sent only between 9 am and 7 pm your time.
- Texts: when you agree to texts (for example on a call, or by texting the line), One Touch Agents may text you about your request: replies, callbacks and appointment confirmations, usually 1 to 4 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Every text says it's from One Touch Agents' AI assistant.
- Stop at any time: reply STOP to any text, or say "don't call" on a call or voicemail, and One Touch Agents stops all contact with you, by phone, text and email, usually within minutes. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@onetouchagents.com.
- Your phone number isn't shared: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
- Calls and texts run through Twilio, and the assistant's voice is made with ElevenLabs. They handle the call or message only to deliver it.
Businesses One Touch Agents contacts
- To offer a service, One Touch Agents may send one short email to a business, using contact details the business makes public (its website, or business listings such as Overture Maps).
- Every email says who it's from and how to stop. Reply "no thanks", "unsubscribe" or "stop", and the business is marked do-not-contact for every service, usually within minutes. That record is kept so it stays that way.
- One Touch Agents never buys email lists, and never offers the same business the same service twice.
Clients
- For clients, One Touch Agents keeps what's needed to build and run what they asked for: contact details, the agreement, invoices and payments, and the work itself.
- Card and bank payments go through Stripe. One Touch Agents never sees or keeps card or bank account numbers; it keeps only the amount, the date and which invoice was paid.
- Client systems run in the client's own accounts, or in a separate cloud project for each client. Client data is kept on Nathan's own computer only as long as the work needs it.
- Client data is never used for anyone else's work or for advertising.
AI, and the One Touch Agents assistant
- One Touch Agents uses AI models (Anthropic's Claude) to help research and to draft emails and replies. The text a task needs, such as the email being answered, is sent to the AI provider for that task.
- Nathan reads and approves every email before it's sent. Nothing goes out on its own.
- One Touch Agents doesn't sell or rent information, and doesn't use it to train AI models.
Google user data
The One Touch Agents assistant uses Google sign-ins that only its owner gives it:
- Calendars it creates (
calendar.app.created): one calendar of its own, where it adds, moves and deletes its own events. - The owner's events, read-only (
calendar.events.readonly) and free/busy times (calendar.freebusy): to answer "what's on my calendar" and avoid double-booking. It can't change or delete these events. - The business mailbox (
gmail.readonlyandgmail.send), for the business addresses only, never the owner's personal email: it reads new messages so a reply is filed with its contact and a "no thanks" stops further email, and it sends an email only after the owner approves that exact message. It can't delete, archive, label or change any email. - Files it creates in Google Drive (
drive.file): one backups folder of its own with nightly backups, encrypted on the owner's computer before upload. It can't see any other file.
Google user data isn't sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI models. One Touch Agents' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The owner can remove this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Who else sees it
Only the services the work needs: Google Workspace (email), Twilio (calls and texts), ElevenLabs (the assistant's voice), the AI provider (drafts and the phone assistant), a client system's hosting provider, Stripe (card and bank payments), and the bank or payment app for other payments. Nothing is sold.
How long it's kept
- Businesses contacted: as long as needed to never contact them twice and to honor opt-outs. Ask, and everything except the do-not-contact record is deleted.
- Calls and texts: recordings 30 days; transcripts, summaries and texts with your message, as long as it's an open request, and deleted on request. Consent and opt-out records are kept so your choice holds.
- Clients: as long as the work and tax records require.
- Backups: encrypted nightly copies in Google Drive that only Nathan can open.
